GIS Solution's IT Executive is me. I've been here for the last two years. My colleagues and I are in charge of the IT department.

We've experienced a significant increase in inquiries after making the transition. We received 39% more queries this year. That has a large return on investment. They were successful in their task.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I get a monthly report on the success of our website and the keywords we use. Our IT manager also sends us a completely new email in which he offers us with more detailed information, which gives us a more personal feel. Their SEO expert is excellent and provides tips to assist us in targeting various areas. Their content expert successfully revises and edits material in order to achieve those goals. Our queries are swiftly answered by their personnel.

Their crew cares about our company and gives excellent customer service. They respond quickly when I have a query. The return on investment is also fantastic. They're making a significant contribution to our company's growth.

Following our collaboration with Britannia Innovation, we saw a significant improvement in our opinions. This resulted in increased visibility as well as an increase in working relationships with us. In addition, we saw an improvement in our ranks as a result of their efforts.

The job was handled via the use of email and phone conversations, which resulted in an effective and fruitful working relationship between the parties. Because of continuous communication between us and their staff, we were able to keep the workload under control.

The working connection between us was quite positive. Our collaboration was advantageous because of their prompt response time to emails. In contrast to other businesses that we discovered, this one did not react extremely well.

The majority of our communication was conducted through email. To keep track of all of the reports, as well as the outcomes, we believed that a project management system would have been more beneficial. I did provide this feedback to the team, and I have been informed that they are looking into the matter further.

We spoke with Britannia Innovation about our goals and how we might work together. Our objective is to develop a new entertainment format. We also spoke about our main themes and what success meant to us. The proposal would then be converted into creative that would be sent to the user across different channels.

We worked closely with Britannia Innovation and their team. These were our main points of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've seen a significant boost in site traffic, and everything is up and running nicely. We were promised continuous contact and simple explanations of topics we didn't understand, and our online marketers have delivered much above our expectations.

We've never had a problem communicating with our internet marketers; when it comes to SEO marketing, communication has been effortless. We really like the website that they utilize to keep track of the project and communicate with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like that we can go to Britannia Innovation and their broad staff of digital media professionals for assistance with problems that aren't related to our SEO strategy and use billable hours. It's such a comfort to know that if anything goes wrong with our site or if we have a query we can't begin to answer, Britannia Innovation would react swiftly and effectively to address our concerns, in addition to completing our contractual project objectives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We felt that communication might have been better when it came to our FPP project, and that we were left with a few unanswered queries and difficulties, but generally, we are pleased with the project's outcome and the platform, which has allowed us to increase traffic on our platform.
