We are a groundbreaking company automating corporate travel and spend management for large enterprises. Our solution is flexible and modular, corporates can easily customize it to fit their organizational structures, hierarchical workflows, policies and spend requirements.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brill Mindz, Dubai?

Brill Mindz was a right fit for us, we are happy with the product, timely delivery, customer engagement, experience in the field and speed which impressed us. They're a dynamic team who can be trusted, one of the best mobile app development company in Dubai.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main concern was to build an enterprise mobile app of the application which consists of a lot of API integration from the web backend. We were looking for better user experience on the mobile front as the users range from Millennials to GenX. We were capturing the international market multi-lingual platform.

How did you select this vendor?

We followed a comparison matrix with the technology and the portfolio they handled in the past. We shortlisted 5 companies from different regions and finalised with Brill Mindz. As I have already mentioned in my above statement on their capabilities, along with they have worked on similar projects on the same domain and the competitive pricing. We have a team comprising of tech, operations & finance folks were involved in the process.

Describe the project in detail.

After finalizing the vendor, we have sequential discussions with their multiple stakeholders on our requirements. In the first four to six weeks they engaged us with mockups and initial designs on ios and android apps. Further going ahead with multiple discussion, based on feedback provided by our stakeholders they reworked on the designs, wireframes, concept and workflows, which we finalised and stated the initial development phase. Out mobile app is built on native platform on both android and iOS. Brill Mindz will help with training post-deployment and give free support for three months.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we were directly co-ordination with CTO, later we were assigned with a Project Manager and a Business Analyst who support us and main contact throughout the project. We were aware that for our project comprised of two front-end, two backend developers, one designer and a QA who were working behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once we went live with the app in our large enterprises, numbers got exponentially increased in downloads to every employee with a 4start rating in both the app stores. We are receiving positive feedback from many employees from different corporates on user experience, flow, usability & adaptability.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The stakeholders who have been assigned to us were grounded, easy to communicate and provide us with frequent updates. We had a skype call twice a week, used slack for other communication and follow the agile methodology in the whole process. We were informed in advance about any delay in phase wise rollouts, impressed by their timelines of the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were overwhelmed with their knowledge, approach, process, experience and optimism. We had a chance to learn more than what we thought, appreciate their effort in explaining patiently and the speedy delivery during the required hours. When we differentiate Brill MIndz with our past vendors in different areas, they are highly professional, collaborative, proactive, engaged and affordable. We will certainly engage in future for any mobile app development needs…

There is no as such to be mentioned, we are satisfied with their work at every step, speed, quality and timely delivery ended up in a beautiful product.
