It was with the creation of TEDxParis - the first European TEDx conference - that Brightness took root. Building on this experience, the founding team of the event created Brightness to meet the growing need for companies to train in public speaking and innovation topics, by offering them training, design and production of events.... Encouraged by the community of actors of change that it leads, Brightness gave birth in 2013 to L'Échappée Volée, the first do-tank in the service of the common good.

Brightness devotes all its energy, passion and skills to meeting the challenges of communication, talent development and transformation by supporting its customers and partners to be ever more at the forefront. In 2018, Boma was launched, a new global network dedicated to learning the essential skills of new leaders. Boma offers training, events and experiences on a local and global scale to better understand, initiate and support the major transformations of our world.
