BrightFlow delivered a production ready chatbot, the agents were really communicative and we dont have any problems with the maintenance of the bot. They have managed to resolve some problems as hallucination of the bot and they have managed to police the bot to not respond to unrelated questions from the customer, also they have added a feature to suggest products that suit the customer needs which increased our conversion rate, i am pleased with the service they have provided.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The bot is working properly, also this feature they added increased our conversion rate at around 80% so far on the products we have selected the bot to suggest.

Yes, i paid 40% upfornt, after everything was approved by me I paid the other part. Everything was delivered and they are pretty responisve if any issues regarding the maintenance of the bot occur.
