BrightBeam started with a simple idea from our founder, Joshua Thompson. Joshua set out to build his own businesses and quickly learned that the marketing world was filled with one-size-fits-all solutions that rarely worked.

He saw that every business is different and that many marketing agencies were missing the mark. So, he took matters into his own hands, learning the ropes of marketing to create strategies that actually worked.

After building and selling his first multi-million dollar business, Joshua decided to use his experience to help others. He wanted to give other businesses the kind of tailored help and personal insights that had helped him succeed.
