I’m the digital marketing manager of Sea Properties Ltd., a real estate company in Bangladesh that develops residential and commercial properties, aiming to enhance urban living standards.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bright Future Soft?

We hired Bright Future Soft to develop a customized ERP system for Sea Properly Ltd. Our main objectives were to centralize our business operations, streamline internal workflows, reduce manual data management, improve coordination between departments, and make business information and reporting more accessible to management.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bright Future Soft was responsible for designing and developing a customized ERP solution for us. The scope of work included analyzing our business requirements, planning the system architecture, UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, database integration, and implementation of the core ERP modules.The main deliverables included a customized ERP system, business management modules, user management, data management, reporting functionality, dashboard interfaces, and other features tailored to our operational requirements. Bright Future Soft also handled testing, deployment, and necessary post-development support to ensure the system was ready for our day-to-day business operations.Regarding the ERP modules, Bright Future Soft developed several core modules tailored to our business operations. These included sales and customer management, property and project management, accounts and finance, HR and employee management, task and workflow management, reporting and analytics, user and role management, and administrative controls.The system also included centralized dashboards, data management, automated reporting, and role-based access control, allowing different departments to manage their operations through a single integrated platform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The ERP implementation helped us centralize our business operations and improve overall process efficiency. We were able to reduce manual data handling, improve access to real-time business information, streamline internal workflows, and make reporting more organized.The centralized system also improved coordination between different departments and gave management better visibility into day-to-day operations, which helped us make faster and more informed business decisions.While we didn’t formally track percentage-based metrics before and after implementation, we observed clear improvements in operational efficiency. Manual data handling and duplicate data entry were significantly reduced, routine reporting became faster, and management gained much quicker access to centralized business information.The ERP also reduced the time required to collect information from different departments and improved the consistency and accuracy of internal reports. These improvements made our day-to-day operations more organized and helped management make decisions based on up-to-date information.Moreover, our team found the new ERP system much more convenient for managing day-to-day operations. Having business information centralized in one system made it easier for employees to access the information they needed without relying heavily on spreadsheets or separate records.The team also appreciated the improved organization of workflows, easier reporting, and better coordination between departments. Overall, the ERP made routine tasks more structured and gave management better visibility into ongoing operations.

How did Bright Future Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was delivered within the agreed timeline, and the team remained responsive when we requested changes or clarifications. Overall, their project management was organized, collaborative, and transparent.Regarding communication, we had in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most about working with Bright Future Soft was their ability to understand our real estate business processes and turn our requirements into a customized ERP solution. They didn’t simply provide a generic software package. Instead, they worked closely with our team to understand our workflow and developed features according to our specific operational needs.Their responsiveness, flexibility, technical expertise, and willingness to incorporate our feedback throughout the development process made the experience particularly positive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with Bright Future Soft’s work. One area that could have been improved was providing more detailed documentation and user training during the initial implementation phase. A more structured training and documentation process would have helped our team become familiar with the ERP system even faster.Apart from that, the team was responsive, cooperative, and willing to address our feedback throughout the project.
