I’m the development manager at a telecommunications company. I lead the team that is responsible for software development in the area of telecommunications.

In 2017, we were a new business, and the goal was rapid growth. We needed competent people for our project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There was positive feedback regarding bright coders factory employees. After a few months, some of them became significantly important members of the project team. It was great.
How did bright coders factory perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything was managed on our side. I was happy because they were easy to cooperate with and communicate with. We used phone and email and met with them face-to-face once a month.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We looked at other companies in the market, but the advantage of bright coders factory was that they were flexible and open to a new way of working.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The original scope of the project was for 25 people, but they were only able to deliver around 20 people.
They sent us junior support developers and it was obvious that they were not as skilled as the others who were already working in the project. It wasn’t perfect because we had to spend some time educating those junior developers.
