Founded in Hanoi in 2015, BRIGHT helps Vietnamese and international organisations deliver business programmes and build their presence in Vietnam. Our work includes conferences, dealer and channel meetings, executive retreats, incentive programmes, corporate events and international delegations. We also deliver selected programmes across Asia.
For conferences, leadership offsites and partner programmes, BRIGHT can take responsibility from planning through live delivery. We coordinate content, production, hospitality, suppliers and participant experience within an agreed scope, so the client has one accountable lead for the work entrusted to us.
For international businesses entering, establishing or expanding in Vietnam, our involvement can begin while commercial decisions are being shaped and continue through implementation. We help clients understand local market conditions, adapt their approach, develop partnerships and establish or manage agreed business operations. Where needed, we provide ongoing local coordination alongside qualified legal, regulatory and operational specialists. Commercial and investment decisions remain with the client.
Assignments may call for a complete programme, a defined workstream or a continuing local role. We agree our remit clearly, coordinate the people involved and follow the work through, paying attention to how each meeting, programme and local engagement represents the client's organisation.

Our Story
BRIGHT was founded in Hanoi in 2015 after its founder saw how easily sound business objectives could be lost between separate instructions, suppliers and delivery teams. The aim was straightforward: understand what the client needs to achieve and take proper responsibility for making the work happen. That approach now guides our events, executive experiences and delegation programmes, as well as our support for businesses establishing and expanding in Vietnam.
