Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO and founder of Mnazi Tours and Safaris. We do tour guides and Safaris for tourists. We’re located in Dar-es-Salam, Tanzania.

We needed help with website development and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially asked for a website, and they also proposed social media marketing. We discussed our ideas, and they designed and developed the website from scratch. The site was informative, and it had information collection forms for anyone interested in tours or tour packages. People could fill up the form and get in touch with us.

Additionally, the specific requirements included a compelling design and the right keywords, content, and features. We wanted a good workflow and content calendar for social media marketing to show what we do. They managed our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, but we responded to comments.
