Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Infrastructure support services. Assisted in purchasing a new server. Assisted in decision-making process of which equipment was needed and which software/cloud database was necessary. When they onboarded, they looked at our entire IT network as a whole, identified weaknesses and security holes, and made sure we were effeciently and securely up and running. 
Bricktech also provides regular help desk support for all employees 24/7. Very responsive. Assists in decision-making process of purchasing new equipment and computers and software costs. Provides regular security training to all staff. Overall our "package" is a fully managed service and they are our daily go-to for anything IT related.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bricktech identified weaknesses and holes in our IT health at onboarding and secured our server with regular backups and organized our IT rack. As well as continues to maintain its maintenance and service our staff for all IT needs. We did not have this service previously. 
They also provide emergency response and have responded to the few emergencies we have had over the years. They also are proactive when inclement weather is approaching (hurricanes) and have helped us with guidelines on how to prepare the building/equipment in advance.

Quick to respond and provices thorough service. Onboarding was completed I believe within 1-3 months.

Fast response times and Mike (owner) is very friendly and easy to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement or something BrickTech could have done differently?

Bricktech is responsible for onboarding all new employee computers/equipment as they get hired. The onboarding process is a robust checklist and unfortunately it is not always completed in its entirety. More consistency with onboarding new employees has room for improvement.
