They were very professional and responsive overall, from the ideation to the implementation of my website. The team is also good at communicating and making me understand the design process. I particularly like how they spent time getting to know my business and brand better before sharing some design pegs with me. Regarding the brand discovery process, it was also very easy to follow, as I only answered a form that had straightforward questions.

Aside from their professionalism, the team does live up to their promise of delivering a high-quality output. They have excellent taste in design - I like how my website doesn't look templated at all. They also have a high attention to detail and were responsive to my suggestions. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brickroad Studios could have done differently?

Overall it was a breeze to work with the team, but I would've loved a list of "what to do next" or best practices they could suggest after the website was completed.
