How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was facing difficulties in clearing outstanding dues and hiring people for the current project and also managing my accounts.

I selected this firm because the firm had multiple services under the umbrella which not just helped to streamline one department but also multiple options as well such as recruitment, digital marketing & debtor collection

Overall the engagement was very professional with the team both from the delivery aspect. The overall scope consisted of Savage & Palmer taking over my entire accounting and digital marketing depts.

The billing and cost structure is very cost-friendly and effective. During our engagement I was paying the team Rs. 30,000 for bookkeeping & for ads and SEO it cost me Rs 75,000 to 1,00,000

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From an accounting perspective, two resources were working with me in direct contact handling the backend and any escalations in terms of deliverables. In terms of a digital marketing perspective, I had direct contact with the founder itself and two account managers

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Measurable outcomes were already there as the team took over my accounting requirements. I was getting the balance sheet and P&L on time and accurately which helped me make better decisions. In terms of a digital marketing perspective, we were growing every month in terms of outreach and inbound leads coming to me buying directly from my website

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project management style is very special, the use of technology from the most advantage and the timeline are dealt with in a professional and streamlined manner as promised.

The social media ads were successfull . We had a good reach and likes and comments and mainly shares for our contant shared

Overall, the engagement was very professional. And I was very impressed with the team. Both from the delivery aspect & turnaround time in terms of making it a smooth process.. The overall scope of work in detail consisted of the Savage & Palmer team taking over my accounting & digital marketing departments.

The billing and cost structure is very pocket-friendly. They surely give you the worth of your buck, During our engagement, I was paying the team Rs. 30,000 to handle my bookkeeping & taxation. And from our Digital Marketing perspective per Ads & SEO, it costed me anywhere around Rs 75,000 to 1,00,000.

From an accounting perspective, 2 resources were working with me in direct contact & the company has an entire backend team handling operations & any escalations in terms of deliverables. From a digital marketing perspective, I was in direct contact with the Founder himself & 2 Accounts Managers.

Measurable outcomes were surely there. Since the team took over my accounting requirements I no longer had to look into that department. From a penalty perspective or from an accuracy perspective I was getting my Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss on time and accurately which made me take better and faster decisions. From a digital marketing perspective,  we were growing every month in terms of outreach & inbound leads coming to me buying directly from my website.

The project management style is very professional. They use technology to their utmost advantage and the timelines are dealt with streamlined & professional manner. Everything is provided as per promise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most interesting about this company, is the fact they focus on enabling entrepreneurship and not just the task at hand. So even if tomorrow if I have another requirement that is not related to what Savage & Palmer as a company does I was always connected to someone that they had onboard or had a connection with and in case if there were any additional queries etc that popped in the team was very helpful & proactive to guide me through it. And help find workable solutions around it.
