I’m the founder of Phynart, a smart home company.

What challenge were you trying to address with BrandzGarage?

We were looking for someone to manage our branding, marketing, and social media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They're completely managing everything relating to designing the creatives and overall planning. That also included SEO help. We're still working with them but had to put our efforts on hold while scaling up other aspects of our business. We will resume the efforts again soon. We're also planning a crowdfunding campaign with them, which is a critical thing for us.

I was in contact with Saquib (Founder & COO, BrandzGarage), who oversaw the project on their end.

How did you come to work with BrandzGarage?

We spoke to 3-4 companies and chose BrandzGarage. The other companies took longer to get back to us than we expected. BrandzGarage took that extra step to get things done, which made them stand out.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent about $5,000-$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in mid-2016, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy and satisfied with the creativity and execution. They really helped improve the traffic to our website. We saw at least a 50% increase in traffic after we implemented their suggestions.

For design, we have an in-house team. BrandzGarage does have a good design team because the creatives are completely done by them. We were very satisfied with the way they aligned with our guidelines and objectives.

In terms of the organic reach we've cultivated, we're performing better than I expected. Normally, we'd have to invest quite a bit to get this kind of traction. They helped us get there quickly without spending much.

How did BrandzGarage perform from a project management standpoint?

We're always in the loop and know what’s going on. Communication is really good. The founder makes the personal effort to get involved in the projects from time to time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very happy with the background research they’ve done and the reports provided. This encourages me to trust them with new, unfamiliar projects. We were looking to market things on a global scale, so their experience came in handy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I haven’t faced any challenges. They worked as an extended team without me having to get too into the weeds.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them for a week or two to get a solid understanding of their processes. I was satisfied after a week or two and knew I chose the right team.
