Introduce your business and what you do there? 

I’m the founder of RealTap, a luxury real estate company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandemic?

We needed help with branding and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We kicked off our collaboration through a scoping and discovery phase, wherein I relayed our requirements and existing branding to Brandemic's team. Based on our needs, they then customized a proposal for our brand guidelines, templates, and logo. Once their team secured our approval, they implemented new branding solutions to revise our brand identity.

Apart from conducting a brand overhaul, Brandemic also collaborated with our team to create a new website with our updated guidelines and color schemes. They incorporated our content preferences and designed a detailed homepage that promoted our luxurious product offerings.

We interacted with their four co-founders, who communicated our needs to their designated team.

Our three-week engagement ran from June–July 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We were extremely satisfied with what Brandemic came up with — they built a website that uniquely communicated our luxurious brand and elevated our image with their top-notch branding solutions. In fact, we were so happy with their work and the feedback we received that we hired their team to develop another website for us.

How did Brandemic perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and phone calls. Brandemic was an inquisitive and knowledgeable partner that understood our goals and translated those into their work. They were also quick to address any issues and remained receptive to feedback throughout our engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a creative and sprightly team that worked efficiently to meet our expectations. We also appreciated the high level of involvement and insightfulness that they dedicated to this project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We collaborated in the middle of a pandemic, so we weren't able to have in-person meetings — we would've been more proactive if we met their team in person.
