I’m the founder of Angel Music Academy, a music production academy.

We needed help with lead conversion.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Pattern runs Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads. We recently started a new startup that they’re assisting with.

What is the team composition?

There’s a team of 10–12 people. I was in contact with the founder.

How did you come to work with Brand Pattern?

The person in charge of our social media recommended that I contact them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Brand Pattern started in November 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re continuously winning awards. In 2019, we won awards for being the best music academy in India and excellence in teaching for sound engineering. This past year, we won the maximum placements in sound engineering.

We’re receiving proper inbound leads within 20 days. Before this engagement, we were getting 100–200 leads per month, and they weren’t quality. If we were getting 100 leads, we were able to make it convert only into four. After receiving leads by Brand Pattern, we were able to convert 20–30 leads from 100.

How did Brand Pattern perform from a project management standpoint?

I deal with the main point of contact. I hand everything to him, and he manages it all.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about them is that they’re so punctual. Whenever I receive negative feedback, and my Google listing is removed, I call them, and within a day, my listing is back up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Discuss the plan with them. They’re very good.
