All major deliverables—including Payroll, Agent Onboarding, Commission Engine, Subhub Integration, Chat System, and Pipeline—were delivered on schedule. Minor delays, if any, were transparently communicated in advance and mitigated quickly.

Overall, the experience was very positive. If there's one area for potential improvement, it would be in scaling the QA and documentation processes earlier in the project lifecycle. As the platform grew more complex, having dedicated testers and more formalized technical documentation from the beginning could have helped speed up UAT and onboarding for new team members.

That said, the team was always open to feedback and quickly adapted when these suggestions were raised. Their willingness to evolve processes mid-project was a strength in itself.
