To deliver a modern, customer-facing experience with multilingual support, seamless ordering, table reservations, theme customization, and secure authentication, all running on a scalable AWS-based infrastructure.

Scope of WorkThe agency was responsible for designing and developing a complete multi-tenant restaurant franchise platform for Orrderlo, a German restaurant chain. The project included end-to-end development of two dashboards (Super Admin and Admin) and a user-facing restaurant website, along with the backend infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline. Key Deliverables: Super Admin Dashboard: Ability to create Admin accounts and define how many restaurants each Admin can manage. Admin Dashboard: Restaurant creation and management according to the quota set by the Super Admin. Automatic generation of restaurant subdomains in the format restaurantName.orrderlo.de. Comprehensive restaurant setup including catalogue, pizzas, addons, SEO tools, reservation management, ordering flow, discount/coupon scheduling (e.g., “Tuesday Specials”), customizable themes, business hours, and order hours. Multi-language support with the ability to set a default language. User-Facing Restaurant Websites: Login system with email OTP and magic link authentication. User-facing customization with accent color management. Seamless German–English translation. Features for table reservations, pickup, and delivery orders (self-delivery supported). Infrastructure & DevOps: Backend built in Golang with Postgres database. Frontend built using Next.js and React. Deployment using AWS ECS clusters behind a load balancer for scalability. CI/CD pipeline implemented using GitHub Actions. Authentication based on subdomain for secure, tenant-specific sessions. This engagement resulted in a robust, scalable, and multi-lingual platform enabling Orrderlo to expand its restaurant franchise network with full administrative control and a modern, user-friendly experience for customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Branch42 could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was excellent. If there was one area for improvement, it would be to provide even more documentation or walkthroughs for the admin features, so our team could onboard new staff faster without relying on direct support. Beyond that, the collaboration and delivery met our expectations.
