BrainSol is providing development and design services to help an IT firm improve their services to their clients. They also provide digital marketing efforts including handling SEO and social media activities.

While the work is ongoing, BrainSol has been able to offer several solutions to the engagement. They also share their insights on how the client can tackle a certain project. Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the project manager at an IT services company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BrainSol?

We needed design and development work to enhance our services for our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We give BrainSol our requirements and their team fully collaborates and researches with us. They handle wireframing, prototyping, and development since our employees are busy on other projects. The team is also overseeing our SEO, WordPress development, graphic design, and social media efforts for our clients. We’re testing out working remotely and if we overcome all the challenges then we’ll make everything remote-based.

What is the team composition?

We work with their project manager who’s in charge of everything. On our side, we have around 40–50 members. We also have a CTO who collaborates with them on the projects we have for our clients.

How did you come to work with BrainSol?

We found BrainSol on Clutch.

How much have you invested with them?

We’re paying them $2,000 to start with. As we improve our quality of service, we will eventually invest more than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since February 2022, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I give them our requirements and their team gives us feedback as well as different scenarios on what we can do. On top of that, they always offer multiple solutions.

How did BrainSol perform from a project management standpoint?

We conduct testing and if we find any issues, we give BrainSol extra time and they implement any fixes and changes as soon as possible. We collaborate with a single person from their team and use Google, Teams, and Zoom to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything has been perfect.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’m happy with BrainSol.
