Braincoders developed an operational efficiency ecosystem that includes a WhatsApp agent called 'Dispatch Ops' and a central orchestrator called 'El Cerebro' integrated with our database. The team automated the reception and dispatch process, allowing the AI to handle the initial flow of information. The WhatsApp agent attends to customer messages and calls, while the central orchestrator only centralizes information.
