BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a construction equipment company that manufactures back loaders and tractor attachments for commercial manufacturing. I’m a media production executive in corporate communications.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brainak ?

We were trying to develop marketing tools and a solution to display our products to our customers. It was tough to find a suitable partner because we have a wide range of products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a sales tool for us. We gave them ideas, and they gave us a solution. They’re very logical so they understood the requirement and accomplished our target. They’ve given us so many ideas and produced marketing software that’s strong in its technical quality. We’re also about to do another, larger project with their team.

We started working together about a year ago. The project launched in less than a year.

With Brainak’s help, we’re now able to much more effectively share information about our products. There were no mistakes in the technical work Brainak produced. After implementing their product, our user base significantly increased in one year.
