Founded in 2007, BPIT has a strong reputation for helping organizations, large and small, become successful. BPIT combines decades of experience in business leadership and strategic consulting with a world-class coaching methodology that creates sustainable, positive change. Today, our mission is to coach business leaders to be more intentional about their leadership and effectiveness in order to live rich, fulfilling lives.  

In our rapidly-changing world, we often find leaders caught up in the past or so focused on the future that they are often unaware of their impact in the present. This affects their ability to lead and live to their fullest potential. With presence of mind and awareness, leaders hold a greater understanding of what needs to happen next in order to achieve success and be more deliberate in their decisions. That level of leadership whereby executives feel more fulfilled impacts their whole world – personally, and professionally - for the better. When leaders feel more effective at work it correlates with how good they feel outside of the job. It allows them to leave work at work and be more present in other activities and relationships. This is why we say leading better enables you to live better. 

BPIT believes each manager has the resources to resolve most challenges with their own “functional wisdom”. Through leadership coaching, our role is to release and develop this wisdom via skillful questioning, challenges, and support. We also help to close the knowledge or experience gap through our business mentoring process and can accelerate leadership growth through our leadership development programs.  

BPIT is led by Russ Hall who brings decades of business leadership experience to his work as a certified professional coach.
