We needed a new website so that we could start getting more business from internet leads.

What were your goals for this project?

To get more leads through our website.

Found them through Google and found out a former colleague had also worked with Danielle.

We first did a website re-design and moved to Wordpress. They met with us several times to learn about what we wanted on the website but then they did the writing and design. They also made the website for SEO. Then after it launched we started an ongoing SEO, Google ads, social media, and email campaign.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Danielle but I know she has other people on her team that help her with specific tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

IT is a difficult industry to do digital marketing in but we have gotten a lot of new business from our website. And the website re-do was badly needed, they brought us into the 21st century.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very well organized and very communicative.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Can't really think of any, sometimes we had to change things that they wrote for the website but it was easy to ask them to change it.
