Boundless Commerce helped us create an enjoyable and simple environment for our Donor's to select their Recipient from a live database. 

The system allowed us to update frequently and provided us with the confidential information in the background while showcasing the public information in a simple and eye pleasing view for the Donor's. 

Boundless provided the technical support for us and made sure that we had everything we needed to make the magic happen on our end. When we had a question or concern they addressed it very quickly. We were very impressed with the lack of technical issues for such a quick start up. 

This drastically reduced the manual workload for us and dramatically increased the positive experience for the user.

We were able to save approximately 3-4 hours of manual workload per day using this new platform.

Kirill was our primary contact. He was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He took the time to explain anything we did not understand and provide resources or extra help when needed. 

It was a bit nerve wracking for us to deal with a company so far away but Kirill gave us an excellent experience and a quality product that will serve us well for a long time.
