The main scope of work included setting up isolated projects, organizing document structures, managing participants, creating Permission Groups, and configuring Roles & Permissions for each type of user. Boundeal also helped us keep sensitive documents protected through secure access settings and controlled document visibility. Key deliverables included a structured VDR workspace for multiple active projects, separated access for different teams, organized document folders, participant management, permission setup, and better visibility through the Project Dashboard and Reports & Insights.  The main measurable outcome is that we can now manage up to five active confidential projects in one secure VDR environment without mixing participants or document access between projects. We are able to invite different external companies, advisors, investors, legal teams, and internal users with separate access levels. Permission Groups and Roles & Permissions help us give each participant only the access they need, which improves control over sensitive information and reduces the risk of unnecessary data exposure. Another important result is better project organization. Documents are structured by project, the internal team can work in the platform on an ongoing basis, and the Project Dashboard gives us a clear overview of each active project. The AI assistant also helps us find relevant information faster when working with larger document sets.
