• Api that provides everything the two previously mentioned apps need.

• Timeliness of Deliverables: There were instances where project milestones were not met according to the initially agreed-upon schedule. Delays in the delivery of some key components impacted our planned timelines, requiring adjustments to our overall project schedule.
• Response to Needs: Bootia's response to our needs was well-intentioned, though at times the follow-through was slower than expected. Their team was receptive to feedback and willing to make necessary adjustments; however, the responsiveness could vary depending on the complexity of the issue at hand.
• Communication: Communication was generally consistent, and we were kept informed about progress and setbacks. However, the effectiveness of resolving some of the more immediate challenges was sometimes less than optimal, which suggests areas for improvement in their project management processes.

Multi year project that included the development of 20 different iOS and Android pages, from sign in, setup of device to irrigation scheduling. They brought up their own methodology, scrum, and had a 2 week sprint with multiple checkpoints during the week and very little oversight.
