They handle all of my Amazon FBA prep across a wide range of SKUs and do the same for Walmart as well. They also manage my direct to consumer orders, which has made a big difference in keeping everything running smoothly in one place. Their fees and shipping rates are very competitive compared to others I have worked with, and you can clearly see the experience in how efficiently they operate.

What stands out most is the attention to detail. We notice when things are done right and they consistently deliver. It is an owner run operation, and that really shows in the level of care, communication, and accountability they bring to every order.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw clear, measurable improvements across operations after partnering with them. Order accuracy increased significantly with minimal to no prep errors across multiple SKUs, including both Amazon FBA and Walmart shipments. Processing times became much faster, allowing us to turn inventory around quickly and avoid delays or stockouts. Our overall fulfillment costs went down due to their competitive fees and shipping rates, which directly improved our margins. We also experienced fewer customer complaints and returns on D2C orders, showing consistency in quality. Communication and issue resolution times improved as well, which helped us operate more efficiently and stay focused on growing the business.

Their project management has been very strong and reliable. They consistently deliver on time, even when we send in multiple SKUs or have tighter turnaround requirements. Inbound shipments are processed quickly, and prep and fulfillment are handled without delays, which helps us keep inventory moving and avoid stock issues.

They are very responsive and easy to work with. Communication is clear and timely, and any questions or special requests are handled quickly. They adapt well to changes, whether it is new SKUs, updated requirements, or urgent orders, and they always keep us informed throughout the process. You can tell they are organized and experienced, which makes a big difference in day to day operations.

What stood out most was their consistency and attention to detail. With our team’s experience in this space, we can quickly tell when operations are truly dialed in, and they consistently deliver at a high level across FBA prep, Walmart, and D2C fulfillment.

It is also an owner run operation, which makes a noticeable difference. There is a level of accountability, care, and hands on involvement that you do not usually see. They are not just processing orders, they are thinking ahead, catching potential issues early, and making sure everything is done right the first time. That combination of experience, efficiency, and personal attention is what makes them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Boost3PL could have done differently?

Honestly, there has not been anything major that stands out as a concern. If anything, as we continue to grow, it would be helpful to see even more automation. That said, their communication is already very strong, and they are always quick to provide updates whenever needed. Overall, they have been consistent, reliable, and easy to work with, and any small improvements would just be an added bonus rather than a necessity.
