The scope of the work was divided into three correlated parts. One: To create a professional website; two: to do the website content; three: to hire professional memoir writers from Book Publisher Expert. Long story short, it was all about smart work and putting together three segments that roll together. The key deliverables were my website, its content, and memoirists working side by side with me.

The results were huge the moment my website went live. Since I was pretty active on social media, it helped trigger my fan base and target audience early on. This resulted in increased organic traffic, more quality leads, increased user engagement, and eventually helping me and my team procure more memoir projects.

The project management was seamless throughout while my designated project manager ensured not a single inkling of instruction was left out. Additionally, the entire team of memoirists working under his supervision were dedicated writers who delivered the memoirs on time. I would like to suggest that the Book Publisher Expert team not put in extra effort every time, especially when clients have provided instructions. Although they only revamped memoirs professionally but sometimes raw and artlessness helps win big.
