We now have a CRM up and running, and all our company information is already in the right digital folder. We're also having more efficient meetings due to the use of Trello and many other benefits. For example, 100% of our storage is in the right folders, 80% of our activity is already running on CRM, our meetings are 20% more efficient, and 85% of our staff is using AI on a normal basis.

We hired Bombieri to develop Ecomdrop, an e-commerce platform focused on dropshipping, offering integration with Shopify and logistics companies for complete product and order management. The goal was to create a comprehensive solution that would allow dropshippers to easily connect with suppliers and manage all aspects of their operations, from inventory to shipping, in one place.

The scope of the project included the development of a robust backend system, an intuitive user interface, and integration with Shopify for product and order synchronization. Additionally, connections with logistics services were implemented, allowing users to dispatch orders directly from the platform and track the status of their shipments in real time. Custom payment methods were also added, allowing the loading of funds into the wallet via bank transfer.

Currently, we are in a second stage of development, in which we are adding more features to be able to launch an even more complete platform on the market.

We have completed the first stage of the project, which includes integration with Shopify and logistics services. Internal testing shows 90% satisfaction with the functionality and usability of the platform, and we are moving towards launching a robust solution to the market.

An integration was made in the work orders (Spraying, Fertilizing, Sowing and Harvesting) between the monitoring system of the lots in agricultural production (SIMA), which is where the data originates, and the ERP management system (Agrosystem), where we carry the production costs and production. On average, in the agricultural campaign some 10,000 (ten thousand) work orders are generated. This integration came to avoid the double load of the same in the systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed a significant improvement in data performance. We avoid double loading (SIMA - mail delivery - Agrosistema) with the reduction of errors and omissions that this brings. We use that time now to attend to the already integrated order and use that time savings in controls, improve processes and improve logistics.

It was a great experience working with the team assigned by Bombieri. The person assigned in the role of Project Leader, complied with the project in a timely manner, holding weekly meetings and setting goals for the team members—continuous feedback to measure the progress of the project.

We started working area by area, with personal interviews. When the consultants have a lot of information, they prepare a summarized report about the strengths and weaknesses, and a list of several organizational pains.

Our work was prioritizing that pains related to risk and impact to business continuity. Finally, the consultants made a risk/impact matrix and a Digital Transformation Plan with a high level solution description, to work on the most important pains.

We started working in a new design of our website. When the design was approved, the development team started to build the platform to manage all the information and content. We have a backoffice panel to manage what and when publish every post or information of our government. The citizen of our community can search and read information in a new web platform with responsive design and a very modern design.

The prototype was delivered within 60 days, and the web portal was developed with a SCRUM methodology, then we have a working copy of the platform every 2-3 weeks.
