I am the owner at "Heal ur Pain - Therapeutic Yoga Centre" We treat severe cervical pain, knee pain & other related joint pain issues with yoga at our centre.

We hired BNOM technologies to build strong online presence for your business. The scope of work was to create a business website and optimizing social media channel.

They created our business website which was mobile friendly & our social media pages were created. They also registered us on Google My business.

Youtube channel was created and customer testimonials were added to generate leads. BNOM technologies is still advertising for us on Google Ads & our videos on youtube to generate leads for our business and we are getting good amount of leads everyday. They are also promoting our google my business profile to generate leads from local area.

What was the team composition?

I've worked the company on my own and provided with the details they required. I was provided with all the details about my performance and activities during the project. Mr. Nitesh, himself visited our office every 15 days to keep track of all the metrics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are getting leads from youtube and our channel is growing smoothly. We are also getting leads from our local listing that is being advertised by the BNOM technologies.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow between my team and theirs was hardly required. The meetings were held with me only after every 15 days.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Honestly, the strategy was all theirs. I am not a technical person and I am not aware of all advertising and things. Whatever they told me, they did it and showed me over the tools they used. The budget I gave them for advertising was reflected in the results we received.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I don't see any areas of improvement so far.
