We needed help building a clean, professional e-commerce website with a custom admin panel for me and my employees.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BnB innovate designed and developed our website, including the frontend, backend, and database. They also created an admin panel and integrated Google reviews. The team handled the entire process, including idea discovery, design, frontend demo, database development, backend, and website deployment and delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We gained more online visibility and noticed an increase in client trust because our services were more transparent and easier to access. Our customers praised the website and said it eased and made the ordering process much faster and easier. For example, one customer said the website was easy to use; they just searched for the type of bouquet, chose the size, and placed the order without the need to go back and forth with Instagram DMs as they used to.

How did BnB innovate perform from a project management standpoint?

BnB innovate delivered really fast. I had transparency on what work was done, and they made all the customizations and modifications I requested.We communicated via in-person meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about BnB innovate was the quality and speed of their delivery, as well as their flexibility in terms of the technical stack.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It was a pleasure working with them. I’m looking forward to working with them on a new project in the near future.
