For what projects/services did your company hire BlueBridge One, and what were your goals?

We instructed Bluebridge One to implement both the Netsuite ERP back office system & Suite Commerce Advanced website for us. We found them as they seemed to be the only Netsuite ‘Partner’ to offer a ‘free trial’ of Netsuite. In hindsight, the offer of a ‘free trial’ was a ruse to catch your attention. There is no ‘free trial’ of netsuite.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Netsuite is a very complicated system & the promise of ‘One version of the truth’ couldn’t be further from the truth. As a growing successful omni-channel company, we really liked what Netsuite promised. A fully integrated, one-stop shop to run our B2B, B2C & marketplace channels. It may be the case that blue-chip companies with millions to burn could build a good system with Netsuite+SCA. For us, it was error after error. After 4 years & spending well in excess of £250k, we still have a website with errors & a poor SEO score. We are now in the process of leaving Netsuite & migrating our website back to Shopify. It is difficult to know whether BlueBridge One or Netsuite is at fault., but I do know that whet Bluebridge One delivered was far from the ‘Advanced’ website that was delivered. The website had more bugs than an ‘I am celebrity’ challenge. Many basic features don’t work ‘out of the box’ as promised. The claim the Netsuite is suitable for a modern omni-channel business couldn’t be further from the truth. To list every single problem we had with our Bluebridge One implementation of Netsuite with SCA would take me too long. I have already wasted 4 years & not prepared to waste any more. My advice would be that if you are looking for the best ERP, DO NOT CHOOSE NETSUITE. If you do choose Netsuite, I would not recommend Bluebridge One as a partner. I sincerely wish that I did not need to write this Bluebridge One review or Netsuite review. There are much better website platforms & ERP SAAS than Netsuite.

Poor. I even noticed that Bluebridge have posted fake reviews from their own staff.
