What challenge were you trying to address with Blue Frog Web Design?

We wanted to build our online presence and needed help with SEO and social media marketing. The vendor running my site couldn't provide any blog writing and social media marketing services, so I was looking for an agency to take over.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Frog Web Design first sat down with me to go over my needs and goals for the project. I initially had two sites that ran concurrently, but I later decided to have the team combine them into one. Based on our discussion, the team then tailored the site. They rewrote the content and got rid of any bad backlinks. 

The team continues to oversee our website. Each year, we go over the site and discuss at length any improvements we need to make. They also conduct a complete analysis of the site. If we decide to make any design changes, they typically give me options to choose from.

Furthermore, Blue Frog Web Design works on our on-site SEO. They primarily write and publish blog posts for our site. Almost all of the content is written by the team. Additionally, they run our social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to help us with our online presence. The team also manages our efforts on Google Ads and Yahoo Ad Tech.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is John (President), who's in charge of assigning tasks to the appropriate teammate. We've worked with some of their writers, designers, analytics specialists, and digital marketing experts.

How did you come to work with Blue Frog Web Design?

I did some online research and found 6–10 vendors with excellent reviews. I decided to hire an out-of-state agency because I didn't want to compete with local competitors. Blue Frog Web Design came in and pitched their services, and I felt like they could make my website flourish.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent between $50,000–$100,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in May 2016, and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They've done a great job of setting up our ads. I've seen an increase in traffic, session length, and the number of leads I've gotten through the website. Overall, our online presence has increased by 300%, and it continues to grow even more.

How did Blue Frog Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Blue Frog Web Design is incredibly responsive. They constantly update me on their work and make recommendations all the time. Furthermore, the team is always willing to pick up the phone and talk to me about any concerns.
