We hired Blue Forest Digitial about 6 months into launching our business. We started with Google Ads in order to generate leads early on, once we proved it's success within our niche, we started rolling out SEO. Wes and his team have done a phenomenal job of growing our online presence over the years dating back to when our company was just getting off the ground.
They helped us understand which keywords would have the biggest impact, they pivoted on different strategies when things weren't working the way we expected, and they've always kept us informed on the status of how our business was performing and ranking on google.
The digital landscape is constantly changing and evolving and they've always kept us on the forefront of these changes. We credit Blue Forest Digitial to a lot of our business success up to this point and we continue to lean on them for their guidance as we grow.

Because we brought Blue Forest on so early, it was easy to see the progress. When first starting out, it can be difficult to generate leads. We knew how powerful the internet was at the time and we trusted the Blue Forest Digital team to grow our online presence.
We didn't have much of a budget to allocate in the beginning, but by pairing google ads with phone outreach, we were able to grow our sales each year. As we grew, we continued to implement additional strategies, such as SEO to "double down" on what we felt was so imperative to our growth in the early years.

Blue Forest digitial has always been very responsive, they've met all deadlines and we get monthly detailed progress reports showcasing performance. If we see a decline in something, they let us know what they are doing to improve. By constantly pivoting to ensure progress, we've been able to stay ahead of our competition.

Blue Forest Digital has helped us build two main B2B lead generation channels through automated B2B email outreach and a social listening tool for monitoring when our B2B personas might be posting offerings that could be aligned with SDIRA investors. The team has set up the email campaigns in conjunction with our webinar and campaign marketing specialist. Moreover, Blue Forest Digital has built the social listening tool from scratch, allowing us to make significant adjustments to the tool based on feedback from our sales marketing team.

Over the last few weeks, these two initiatives have started to deliver measurable B2B leads for our sales team. Generating qualified B2B leads is one of the best ways we can grow our client base, and it’s great that these initiatives are mostly automated. Moreover, we’ve heard more feedback from our sales team that these tools are really helping them find interested B2B leads.

Blue Forest Digital’s project management has been great. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. The main obstacle has been the limited hours on our side as we’ve scaled up our marketing team.

Blue Forest Digital has created leads and brand awareness/authority. We’ve seen a small increase in leads, but mostly, people have been able to see us through transferable tax credit searches online. Due to how new our website is, this is an ongoing process, and we’ll measure the results after a year.We currently track and measure brand visibility and authority online through Google Ads metrics. We focus on how many times we appear and in what position when people search for specific terms related to transferable tax credits.

The SEO work also helps the main www site begin outranking the support subdomain for important extension-related searches.Blue Forest Digital has successfully launched the Meta campaigns, meeting our initial objective. The SEO and GEO work is still ongoing, but the site has shown steady improvement in rankings and organic visibility.
