I’m the development coordinator of Saving Wildlife International, an organization that takes in wild and displaced animals and provides them a home.

We also utilize them for educational programs about conservation for the public.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blue Farm Digital Marketing?

We wanted to raise awareness about our organization and what we do.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Farm Digital Marketing provides us with digital marketing services. We have regular calls to discuss strategies and requirements we may need for a certain campaign.

They also provide us with SEO, PPC, content creation, and landing page development to increase our visibility and information reach.

What is the team composition?

We’ve only ever worked with Garrett (Owner & Marketing Manager).

How did you come to work with Blue Farm Digital Marketing?

Blue Farm Digital Marketing was recommended to us by a friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We probably spent somewhere between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in June 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Almost 80% of the people we’ve talked to have confirmed that they’ve heard of us through Google, which is a direct result of Blue Farm’s efforts.

How did Blue Farm Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great to work with and I feel like they really know what they’re doing to help guide us.

We usually communicate through email and have team meetings through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how clear they are on exactly what we’re spending money on and what they’re currently doing.

They’re willing to send me everything I ask for and lay out the process in a way that I can easily understand — the team’s communication is super on-point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re currently killing it for us, so I don’t think they could improve on anything at the moment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My only advice would be to just do it and partner with Blue Farm Digital Marketing.

Blue Farm has implemented a PPC ad campaign for our law firm, handling the campaign’s targeting and configurations. They’ve also developed a landing page for our website. They made it such that the page was similar to our website. Our relationship is ongoing.

I’ve worked with Garrett (Owner).

I found Garrett through Google. He was boutique, local, and accessible, just like me, so I decided to work with him. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $100,000–$250,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since September 2018, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our cost-per-click is low, and my budget is always stretched until the month’s end. Additionally, we never receive any nuisance calls. Thanks to Blue Farm, folks who find us are the ones who should be seeing us. 

How did Blue Farm Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

I like that I don’t need to micromanage Blue Farm. Sometimes, we don’t communicate for a while, but they keep sending me reports about their progress. That said, if I do have a question, Garrett is always available. We collaborate through emails, phone calls, and text messages. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Blue Farm is very good at their job. I appreciate that Garrett is not a yes man and doesn’t let me get out of bounds.

I can’t think of anything.

Give them as much information as possible and be specific.
