I'm currently between jobs and looking for my next opportunity as an environmental professional in a different industry if not the Oil/Gas sector. I worked with OMA companies in the Energy sector and would like to enter another industry.

She helped identify skills that caused me to become reclusive with teammates and cause challenges in work environments and with individuals as a continuous habit. She was able to pinpoint where I have caused my sabotage with my behaviour and help identify when I go down this path of behaviours by providing tools to help manage my behaviour and those around me.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

She provided the Sabateru Assessment and the results. Reviewing the top 4 saboteurs in my life and how they are triggered, primarily how they were formed, allowed me to see that much of my behavior at work in the past was due to my inability to identify these saboteurs that would take over my mind. It was all about seeing what tools and practices I needed to form when identifying these saboteurs.

Not just the one-on-one session she provided but how she could identify in the first 5 minutes the needs and tools I was required to help me identify the repetitive behavior in my past work environments.
