Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an Executive Assistant at an HR software company called VIVAHR. We offer a recruitment management system that allows hiring teams to post their jobs to 50+ job boards with one click and manage their candidates all in one spot.

For what projects/services did your company hire Blue Aspen Marketing, and what were your goals?

One of our main goals working with Blue Aspen Marketing was to drive more traffic to our site and start getting more qualified leads. They helped design and build our website creating dedicated landing pages and blog posts with targeted keywords optimized for SEO, as well as running a National Ads campaign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The team at Blue Aspen has been so helpful and is probably one of the main reasons we chose to work with them. They came up with an aggressive SEO strategy that has gotten us national rankings on highly competitive keywords. They also custom designed our entire website and all of our graphics so they are unique to our brand. Their team truly cared about listening to our needs and helping us achieve our goals.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Blue Aspen Marketing custom-designed and coded the entire VIVAHR website. When we were looking to launch a new business model, we wanted a marketing agency that had experience with branding, SEO, Graphic Design, and Ads. Blue Aspen Marketing specializes in all of those areas along with custom WordPress websites, integrating SEO tools and plugins which would allow our team and theirs to implement the best SEO strategies for optimal website performance.

They started with custom designing each page for our website which included custom graphics and icons to ensure that our website looked unique and original. Once the design was finished, their in-house developer custom-coded the website and made sure to create a back-end experience that was user-friendly. They used a handful of tools to help bring the website to life including animation, custom forms and applications, etc. We were extremely happy with the entire experience with Blue Aspen Marketing for our website design and build and ongoing marketing efforts.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a dedicated account manager who was our point of contact for the project but we worked with a number of different people. Between working with designers, an in-house developer, content writers, and our account manager, we felt like we were very well taken care of and the communication was great from start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We still work with Blue Aspen Marketing as we continue to see the value in having their team run point on our marketing efforts. Over the last few years of working with their team, we have watched them try a number of different marketing strategies and initiatives to help grow our business exponentially. We have seen our organic traffic increase year-over-year and month-over-month consistently since working with Blue Aspen Marketing.

They produce new blogs, landing pages, and guides every month that continue to show incredible organic rankings. Our incoming client acquisition has continued to grow due to their organic content creation efforts as they focus on various national campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is great. We have a dedicated account manager who is our main point of contact. The team is available to meet as often as we want. Communication is great and any time we want updates, their team is quick to respond and provide great reporting. We enjoy the working relationship with have with Blue Aspen Marketing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the things we were most impressed by was having everything custom built for us. From the graphics, to the website design and even custom coding our website. The Blue Aspen team put a lot of time and effort into this project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of.
