Blink Tower was hired by a healthcare company for video editing services. They previously created a video for the client's website, and the client contacted them again to implement some changes.

Feedback summary

The client sent multiple emails to Blink Tower about the changes, but the vendor did not respond. The client was willing to pay for the requested changes, but the team did not accommodate their needs. Because of the unprofessional approach of the vendor, the client was completely disappointed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• I had a terrible experience working with Blink Tower. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Despite sending them numerous emails, they left me on read, and I was unable to get any response from them. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially given that I was willing to pay for the changes. I do not recommend using Blink Tower's services, as they clearly do not care about their clients and their needs.
