They were the first to respond to our job request, they were reasonably priced, and had great reviews.

They inserted a custom bar at the top of my site with custom navigation links that i can now reorder and add more at any time. they moved my add to cart button underneath one of my images

Im nit sure other than the man i spoke to and their developer

The project was completed promptly and made my site much more appealing to the eye and optimized for conversions

We seemed to be working in different time zones so communication was not expeditious however it did not hinder the efficientcy of their work

We had twice a week regular meetings where the rep from Built by Blank provided updates and we went through the project development together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The prompt understanding of my needs for the website and the way Built by Blank was able to create it. Even when I was not clear in terms of what I wanted (just had a vague idea), they were able to present ideas that I chose from. Overall, I had a win-win transaction with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Being a young company, I am sure Built by Blank is constantly improving its customer service. I highly recommend them.
