Blackwood Demand

Blackwood Demand is a marketing agency for remodeling and home improvement companies in the United States. We help kitchen and bath remodelers, design-build firms, flooring, roofing and general remodeling contractors book more jobs through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, conversion-focused websites and email follow-up.

Most remodelers we talk to are tired of paying for shared leads from lead-selling sites, where the same homeowner is sent to three or four competitors. We build your own lead generation instead: campaigns in your own ad accounts, a website built to turn visitors into quote requests, and call and form tracking so you can see exactly which jobs your marketing brought in.

We’re a small, founder-led team. Waldo and Esmari Bochnig work on every account directly, so you never get handed off to a junior account manager. We run remotely from South Africa and work with clients across the US, with monthly plans quoted to fit your service area and goals, no long-term contracts, and a plain-language report every month.

Not sure where to start? We offer a free website and SEO audit that shows you what’s holding your marketing back and what to fix first.
