I have one member allocated to my team from the vendor side and the role is senior Amazon account manager and growth strategist. However, vendor's management do support long term growth and happiness

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's been under 3 months and already I can see my account improving in terms of issues being resolved and dropping. My account was in a bad state and close to being permanently deleted due to recurring issues and poor management of the account. It will take a few more months to truly see some monetary results but the foundations are truly promising.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They don't have a workflow per se and so time is required to integrate into your company systems and processes. But they do have their daily management tasks and have a clear strategy where to take the account.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Value alignment and being human. We share aligned values and cost is also great value for a non-performing account like mine otherwise it would be difficult to progress.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always room for improvement. I would say onboarding and project management has room for improvement but then again each client is different and the flexibility that Bizistech has is what's most appealing because their staff can adapt to how the client wishes to run things.

This has been key for me even though initial stages you will have a small amount of downtime like with any new staff to integrate into your company.
