Please describe your company and your position there.

Systems analyst at the world leader in steel production and one of the largest in mining, the Group has customers in 160 countries and has more than 190 thousand employees.

In its 11 research centers, around 1,300 researchers develop more efficient products and processes, with the aim of generating value for customers and guaranteeing future growth.

For what projects/services did your company hire BIX Technology?

The support of BIX Tecnologia was requested in the challenge of building the main performance indicators of the Metallurgical Testing Laboratory with agility, reliability and productivity.

What were your goals for this project?

Optimize resources, reducing the time spent on data preparation and increasing time for data analysis.

We know the company BIX Tecnologia participating in innovation initiatives in partnership with Acate (Associação Catarinense de Tecnologia). BIX Tecnologia participated in a procurement process for the acquisition of IT services.

The main performance management indicators of the metallurgical laboratory were identified, implemented / automated in QlikSense.

Process specialists, project manager, architect, developers, owner, business managers and stakerolders.
