I am human resources analyst and I work for a USD 10B financial company that is all over Brazil!

For what projects/services did your company hire BIX Technology, and what were your goals?

Analyze 15 thousand questionnaires with 10 thousand words each. Our idea is to use more of the information we got in the questionnaire in order to make decisions with a higher level of certainty . Our team has a database with 15,000 questionnaires , of which 300 are from people who joined the company, which can be considered "target". From these, we want to use artificial intelligence / NLP to find some pattern in the data and replicate it to the rest, without taking into account gender, race, sexuality, ideology, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We ve been through 15 interviews with companies that could provide us the service, and BIX was the best of all.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed a scope first and than validated with us. After that they made some models based on characters accounting and after based on NPL. Finally we had a model based on both of them. Every single phase was tested and validated with my team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to have the result on time and in a higher level than we expected. The algorithm could predict very well and it helpd us a lot. We are going to roll out next semester

It was great! Everything was finished by the time we agreed and we communicated via Google Meets. It was awesome!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were all really smart and professional. We could use informal language and they knew how to explain complex things to someone that didnt know about that topic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was okay.

The support of BIX Tecnologia was requested in the challenge of building the main performance indicators of the Metallurgical Testing Laboratory with agility, reliability and productivity.

What were your goals for this project?

Optimize resources, reducing the time spent on data preparation and increasing time for data analysis.

We know the company BIX Tecnologia participating in innovation initiatives in partnership with Acate (Associação Catarinense de Tecnologia). BIX Tecnologia participated in a procurement process for the acquisition of IT services.

The main performance management indicators of the metallurgical laboratory were identified, implemented / automated in QlikSense.

What was the team composition?

Process specialists, project manager, architect, developers, owner, business managers and stakerolders.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

78% reduction in the time spent to acquire and generate performance indicators.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All members of this initiative were aware of their roles and responsibilities. The project manager (BIX Tecnologia) demonstrated the characteristics necessary for a delivery with quality and punctuality.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was committed to providing good service.
