Are there any areas for improvement or something BitStack Developments could have done differently?

here weren’t any major issues during the process, and overall, BitStack's performance was excellent. The only minor challenge was the timezone differences, which occasionally affected real-time communication. However, this was not really within anyone's control and was managed well through flexible scheduling and clear communication. Beyond that, everything ran smoothly, and I honestly can’t think of any significant areas for improvement. BitStack's approach to planning, execution, and responsiveness was top-notch.

Their scope of work included refining the game mechanics, designing and coding the game to align with Telegram’s platform requirements, and thoroughly testing it to ensure smooth gameplay and user engagement. Key deliverables included the complete game development, backend setup for the Telegram integration, comprehensive testing, and final deployment on the Telegram Open Network, ready for user interaction.
