Bitsmiths Studio has made significant progress in terms of their project organization and workflow management, which has been great to see. However, there's still some room for improvement in this area. At times, the project tracking and following could be tightened to ensure even smoother progress. 
Additionally, while they've consistently delivered high-quality work, occasional delays in feature release timing could be improved with more refined scheduling and coordination. That said, we’ve noticed steady improvements, and we’re confident they’ll continue to fine-tune these aspects moving forward.
