Are there any areas for improvement or something Bitrise Dev could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Bitrise Dev was very positive, there are a few areas where we believe there’s room for improvement:

Documentation Consistency
While the team delivered strong technical output, some areas of the documentation—particularly around deployment processes and environment configurations—could have been more thorough. More standardized handover materials would make it easier for internal teams to take over without needing follow-up clarification.
Proactive Status Updates
Although communication was generally solid, there were times when we had to initiate check-ins for progress updates, especially during quieter phases of the sprint. A more proactive cadence for updates (even brief summaries) would improve transparency and reduce uncertainty.
Scoping and Estimates
In a few cases, feature complexity was slightly underestimated during planning, which led to some minor timeline extensions. A more detailed scoping process up front—perhaps involving additional technical validation—could help set even more accurate expectations.
 
These are relatively minor points in the context of an otherwise smooth and professional collaboration. We’re confident that as Bitrise Dev continues to grow, they’ll further refine these aspects and deliver even stronger project experiences in the future.
