BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I wanted to launch a local, mobile car detailing company and needed a way to attract clients, book them, keep track of them and get reviews.

How did you select Big Tack Marketing?

I had a friend who worked with them to develop their website and marketing and had gotten really good results at an affordable price.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We discussed all the possible things I would need to launch, manage and maintain the business side of things that would be very easy for the customer to book and for me to manage. I'd rather work on detailing cars and managing a crew than managing a business. Big Tack seemed to know A LOT about many different aspects of not just marketing or web development but also best practices and time managment.

What was the team composition?

I work with a small team of auto detailers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are first on the Google map and first in the search results for the locations we serve for the keywords that work for us. We have booked over 100 clients a month since our launch with no paid advertising.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very simple. Often things were done before we expected and problems were taken care of very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Bg Tack, Deanna in particular, seemed to know about so many aspects of internet marketing and business that their recommendations were always on target and forward thinking. They went well above and beyond just SEO or web development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not so far. I wish they were available for print advertising but they gave a solid recommendation.
