I’m a consultant at CAMCESS, an intelligent customer success platform that helps B2B SaaS companies manage the full customer lifecycle with automation, insights, and affordability, supporting onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and offboarding.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire BestlaTech to accomplish for CAMCESS?

We needed help with the technical depth to build software products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BestlaTech has been helping us with backend and frontend development, basically full stack. They’ve created the key architecture of our SaaS, which enables us to host multiple tenants seamlessly. The challenging part has been keeping low prices in our cloud services without compromising the user experience. BestlaTech has also implemented AI in the system, which is isolated based on customer data.

We’ve been working with 2–5 teammates from BestlaTech.

Someone referred BestlaTech to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

So far, we’ve spent around $50,000 with them.

We started working together in July 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

BestlaTech has met the delivery time every time. They’ve launched 14 successful features, reduced cloud costs by 80%, improved system uptime by 98%, and integrated 800 applications that now sync with CAMCESS.

How did BestlaTech perform from a project management standpoint?

BestlaTech is very punctual and disciplined. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BestlaTech’s technical knowledge and depth have amazed me. Their ideas and implementation are a reflection of their experience and resilience. Moreover, their courage to uncover the unknown parts has made us feel great about them. Shubham (Founder & CEO) is always encouraged and eager to create an impact through his knowledge and execution.

Take over new product code set, first by working on separate modules, then integrating the team into the greater framework to free up leadership to pursue business deals.  

Wrapped the project in Docker+Compose to launch on generic servers. AI and data integrations.

Added several features as requested and outlined, and took the platform to a more stable level and ready for scaling.

They always met the timelines. Any delay that occured was either due to other 3rd party services or change requests from the client. 

They were always upfront about where our needs fell within the SOW defined. Although they did take smaller requests without requesting extra payment.
