Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. After signing the agreement and making payment, the agreed services were, in my experience, not delivered or not delivered in full. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. Multiple follow-up messages and attempts to get an update remained unanswered for an extended period of time. In a business focused on sales and lead generation, transparency, reliability, and communication are essential. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met in my case. I would have expected a much more professional level of support and responsiveness throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with Bessen International and its owner, Marcel.

I paid upfront for a sales outreach service for my IT company, based on promises Marcel personally made regarding timelines and deliverables. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, Marcel and Bessen International disappeared—no communication, no progress updates, and absolutely no service delivered.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I received nothing in return—not even a partial refund. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bessen International LLC could have done differently?

This feels like a scam, and I want to warn others to stay away. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere for a trustworthy partner who actually delivers on their word.

The scope was to setup a cold outbound machine, identifying and refining our icp and finally get as much leads as possible into our pipeline. We did not agreed on a specific number of leads, as we've chosen the non retainer plan. We paid a setup fee and then per lead.

Brought in $60k in revenue through our campaign.

Everything was fine. They contacted us more then agreed to give us updates etc. we received responses to our questions always on same day. Overall I felt that the processes were streamlined.. everything made sense

That the owner Marcel is even late nights available if needed, due to time zone shifts we had sometime late night conversations. They cared for us, and I never felt I was just one of their many clients.

I don't know, it's the first time we used such a service and I was pretty much happy. I don't know how other companies are handling this
