No generic questionnaires, just a real conversation. From there, we move into a Discovery and Strategy phase where we map out your market, competitors, and technical requirements. This results in a clear project roadmap with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables, so there are no surprises down the line. Once aligned, we provide a detailed proposal covering scope, timeline, and pricing. Upon agreement, we assign a dedicated senior team to your project and kick off with a structured onboarding session to align on communication channels, reporting cadence, and key contacts. Throughout the project we follow an agile methodology with regular check-ins and progress updates. Clients always know where things stand

    We follow an agile methodology adapted to each client's needs. Projects are broken into clear sprints with defined deliverables, so progress is always visible and measurable. Every project has a dedicated point of contact on our side, keeping communication streamlined and decision-making fast. We share regular updates through structured check-ins and async reporting, so clients are never left wondering where things stand. We use tools like Notion for documentation and roadmaps, GitHub for version control and code transparency, and Figma for design reviews and client feedback. All project assets, decisions, and timelines are documented and accessible to the client at any time. Before every major milestone, we run a formal review and approval step. Nothing moves forward without client sign-off, which keeps scope clear and expectations aligned throughout. After delivery, we don't disappear. We offer a structured handover, post-launch monitoring, and an ongoing support plan for clients who want to keep evolving their product.

    We intentionally keep our client load lean. At any given time, we work with a maximum of 3 - 5 active clients. This is a deliberate choice: it ensures every project gets senior attention, fast response times, and the focus it deserves. We are not a volume agency. We would rather do fewer projects exceptionally well than spread ourselves thin across dozens of clients. When you work with BerryNoon, you are never an afterthought in the queue.

    We are actively looking for projects in three areas right now. First, AI-powered web and mobile applications. Whether it is integrating large language models into an existing product or building a fully custom AI solution from scratch, this is where we are investing heavily and where we deliver the most impact. Second, SaaS platforms and custom web applications for startups and scaleups. We love early-stage products that need to be built right the first time, with clean architecture that can scale. Third, digital transformation projects for mid-sized businesses in Morocco and Europe. Companies that are still running on outdated systems and want to modernize their operations through automation, custom tooling, and smarter workflows. We are particularly drawn to projects where the technical challenge is real, the client is ambitious, and there is a long-term relationship to be built, not just a one-off delivery.

    We treat every client as a partner, not just a buyer. Collaboration is built into every step of our process, not added as an afterthought.From day one, clients have direct access to the team working on their project. No account managers acting as middlemen, no communication bottlenecks. You talk to the people actually building your product.We communicate primarily through Slack or WhatsApp for day-to-day updates, with scheduled video calls for milestone reviews and strategic decisions. All project documentation, roadmaps, and deliverables live in a shared Notion workspace that clients can access at any time.Design reviews happen in Figma, where clients can leave comments directly on mockups. Code is managed on GitHub with full transparency. Nothing is hidden behind closed doors.We adapt to your time zone and preferred communication style.
