Commonly Asked Questions

We focus on custom enterprise software, AI-powered business applications, ERP integrations, legacy system modernization, and business process automation. We are particularly interested in complex, long-term projects where technology can solve significant operational challenges for mid-sized and large organizations.

Project success depends on clearly defined business objectives, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes. We establish success criteria with each client before development begins, focusing on operational efficiency, reduced manual work, system reliability, and long-term business value. We do not promise a fixed ROI without first understanding the client's business and project scope.

We begin with a discovery session to understand the client's business processes, challenges, goals, and existing systems. Next, we analyze requirements, define the solution scope, recommend a technical approach, and prepare a project roadmap with milestones and deliverables. Once the scope is agreed upon, development proceeds through iterative delivery, testing, feedback, and regular communication.

Software ownership and intellectual property rights are clearly defined in the project agreement. For custom development projects, we can provide clients with ownership of the agreed deliverables and source code, subject to contractual terms and any pre-existing or third-party components. We prioritize transparency, documentation, and avoiding unnecessary vendor lock-in.

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support arrangements tailored to the client's requirements. Services may include bug fixes, performance improvements, security updates, feature enhancements, integrations, and technical assistance. For business-critical applications, we can discuss dedicated support agreements with clearly defined responsibilities, response times, and service levels.
